I had an account before, but now when I try to login it says I do not have an account.
On February 16th, 2020 we migrated from one backoffice system to another. At the time of migration the only customers that had accounts and subscriptions re-created on the new platform, were those that had made a payment to LVRG between January 16th and February 16th, 2020.
If did not make a payment within the time mentioned and it is saying that you do not have an account on the new website, that means you do not currently have an active subscription and will not be charged.
You can go ahead and sign up again from scratch and create a new account and subscription.
If you purchased a quarterly or 12 month package outside of the normal monthly package, or paid for your service through some other payment provider other than Stripe, we were not able to confirm your account or which tier you had signed up for.
